OMG, either I have forgot how to play a sim or these Reds are ALOT better then they should be. I can't get past the 2nd single player mission before some Helo launched fish smokes me. Has anyone put together a video tutorial for CW yet to help us 30 year "newbs"?

Gameplay video from your sessions would be helpful to better understand what you might be doing wrong. That said i can suggest this guy here . He was an ex 688 real crew and can actually give good tips. He is also trying to create a tutorial for newcomers

Dogfighting with the torp in the vertical as well as the horizontal plane usually works well. It does require significant speed though.

Jive Turkey is fun to watch but he aint faultless. in his torp evasion vid he has active sonar on the entire time while questioning why the russians know where he is lol.

Agree but i guess this happens just because his main idea is to have fun so he doesn't take that too serious. Yep that video was too hilarious
