I found out that you have to click on the circle in the upper right corner to bring expand more of the chart options. Then click on the checkbox for user choice of the chart wanted.

Sjizzle, I posted earlier http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...&postcount=162 and thought that this was solely your idea, but while troubleshooting CTDs, and running TDW UIs without your charts, I realized that the charts thing is TDW's baby as part of the new v740. I hadn't noticed it before, so I have to give credit to TDW for it being "the best new addition to the game" since I returned, and thanks to you for putting together all the chart stuff!

The way I am using these is by combining all of your chart parts and TDW's chart parts, and then reorganizing each section in the order that I want to see first, as well as relocating some things into different categories. I just deleted TDWs charts before activating his mod and then activated the combined charts mod, so it's all good.

Perhaps you can add a download for a "combined" charts file of all your four parts (less the MarineQuadrat Chart to keep it separate), so that people only have to download once and only have to activate one mod (or two with the MQ chart). It also reduces the number of mods in the mod soup. Just a suggestion to "keep it simple" since I see that other people are combining your charts parts as well.

like i said and I'll say it again...when i press E or scroll down the drop down box...all i see is when i check default the flags chart comes up...when i check the documents tab the large optics box pops up and of course the bouy's charts...but nothing else shows up...i made screen shots with fraps but do not know how to post them so you can see them.

Check the path under the Sjizzles Charts mod in your MODS folder. Is it:

\data\UserCharts

with all the dds files and the UserChart_SjizzleX.TDW files in the UserCharts folder?

That's in the downloaded files, right?

What about in the mods folder in the path I noted earlier? Is it the correct path? Are all the dds files in there? Are all those UserChart_Sjizzle.TDW files you listed in there?

yes there in the MODS folder and the .dds files are in there. unless i got a corrupt download when i downloaded these mods...i don't know what the problem is.

is it something that i have to change in the patcher or optionsvieweditor so all my charts show up? otherwise i will re-download and install the chart mods over again.

i not sure what u mean here ... u can see my charts when u press E ?
or u can't see them.

PS. there can be only 50 charts enabled if is more then 50 charts then some1 of them will be not showed .....

Sjizzle i already explained to you if you look up the page a few posts up what my problem is twice...your charts don't work when i enable them JSGME

Hiya,

After extracting the charts to eg jsgme MODS folder, the initial folder eg Sjizzle's - Charts for NewUIs part1_07.06.2013, is the next in this the data folder ? if not, that's a problem

In game, when u click the toggle charts vis, do you see any of the user charts option open up ? (scrollable/moveable)

and are you using newui 7.4.2 or 7.5.0 latest test (17 offhand)

Sorry if these sound basic, but sometimes it's the most basic of things grinds sh5 to a halt lol
