[REL] Bstanko6's Low Contrast Message Box

Not sure if this is already out there. Sjizzle helped me locate it, and I changed it a little. It was a pain having my Message box up in pitch darkness on the bridge. Very annoying. I minimized it, and even hit the L button to remove it, but then I needed it to see what was going on. So I lowered the contrast. It does lower the contrast to the radio box, and ship log box as well. It was an all or nothing job. Hope you guys like it!
