I think he's trying to say that he believes stupidity thrives among us. We see countless examples on teh interwebz every day and I'm sure as a firefighter he sees more than most in real life too, like Jim would've, too, in his previous career.

I didn't watch all the video, I just ran the curser along the timeline and watched it all in about 15 seconds. Idiots like this should have their licence removed, and I'm all for retesting all people after various lengths of driving or certain ages.

I did feel bad for the poor lady in the black station wagon, wondering how long it would take him to hit her.

I believe this was not staged. Some folks have a hard time puzzling out how to park and or leave a parking spot.

Only thing i can't figure out is if the video is faked, or someone is really that bad. Why didn't the person just reverse out? Watch the black station wagon also attempting to reverse out top left of video, has trouble also, goes back into the car space, and then has to wait, no idea why for the blue car to complete the 100-turn exit strategy. Better yet, I can't figure out why the blue car didn't reverse at a slight angle to put themselves directly behind the yellow jeep, and then made a hard left to exit the parking lot. What's that, a two count movement?
