Too look like that its the easy diet, stuff your face and before you know it you will be jiggling the gut bucket.


I have put myself on a diet need to loose two stone, noticed the other day and decided better act now or the battle will be even more harder. Bye bye sugar and all that nice food that tastes so great and hello veg I missed you, in small portions of course.

If you're able to cut out the sugar and reduce the portions slightly you'll soon be surprised at the amount of weight you'll lose.

I cut out all the sugary stuff and pies pizzas and chips plus the old bread and as you say Jim smaller portions. Most of my excise will be at work lots of walking and stairs. I was shocked going up a flight of stairs and puffing and panting, not good that. Last job I was sitting on my arse in front of a screen. Decided on my days off the new job get out for a walk and have a work out on my own stairs without going OTT.

I don't bother weighing myself because in the past I was always on the dam scales saying things come on.... I let my new trousers tell me, bit tight at the moment but as time goes on when I need a belt for them I know I'm going in the right direction.

Well as an example re trouser size, I went from a size 36 to 34 waist in under two months and as I was saying to Neal and Steve today.....I've a sister-in-law who insists on buying me shirts for birthday and christmas in a size L when I'm actually an XL.

Those in size L now fit perfectly so like you, I prefer to let my clothes tell me when I'm losing weight/inches.
