Default No air contacts in RSRD, concerned...hmm.

Running TMO 2.1 with RSRD in March 1944 off Tokyo. No air contacts what so ever, very weird.Esp since I just sank a large ship and gunned down some fishing boats.Think the IJN planes would be hunting me like crazy.Thinking a conflict with TMO and RSRD?

Mod list:

TMO 2.0
TMO 2.1
RSRD V502
RSRD V5xx patch 1
nav map makeover 2.0
several other mods has nothing to do with aircraft except the zero bomb load fix.

Any ideas on how to get planes to be around more ?

The optional Airbase add-on in Nav Map Make-Over 2.0 does significantly change the number of Japanese airbases, (that is why I made it optional). However, it does not change the frequency of aircraft attacks.

I suggest taking a look at the AirStrike.cfg file in Webster's "Better Air Patrols" mod, and compare it to the same file in RSRDC. Then adjust the numbers to increase the possibility of attacking enemy aircraft.

Ah I forgot to remove the optional mod from the navmap when i moved it into mod folder and activated via jsgme.Perhaps that had something to do with it? just removed the folder and reactivated the mod without the optional mod, we shall see if that makes a difference.
