Use virtual machine with win7/xp or better still just install win7, as sub command/dw do not work with win8/8.1

that's weird, because there are some people that says it runs OK in W8, and downgrading is not really an option for me

You don't have any old computers or old operating systems/licenses laying around?

Instructions on how to get VB working with sub command:
- install VB. - create a system on it (10GB virtual HDD, 2 cores, 2GB RAM and max visual memory). - install XP or win7. - now the important bit, install the extra tools with graphics emulation stuff, the image of those is in your virtual machine. - install sub command and enjoy it. If all else fails I can make a tutorial video but I would rather not. |
