Anti-sub books are like buses... you wait at the stop for ages & nothing happens, then when you are about to give up hope 3 arrive at once:

You might like this book, I have it and it is very interesting indeed, lots of stuff about the early develoment of anti-sub tactics in WW1, and quite a bit about the infamous 'Baralong' incident:
