Red Orchestra 2, Tropico 4, for a while From Dust, maybe Dead Island and Stronghold 3 might pop up before then as well.
Did I ever mention 2011 is awesome? For gaming, anyway.

Skyrim saddled with Steamworks: Steamy: Skyrim Definitely Using Steamworks
Could've been worse. Could have been GFWL.

Educate a layman, SteamWorks?
Same as Steam? If I need Steam to play this game it will deter me. |

Scheiße, second that.
Alwys hated the very concept of steam. Then helped some old gentleman with a Steam title some weeks ago, and found all my critizism confirmed, nothing but trouble, trouble, trouble, blocked account, frozen download (the update never was able to get installed), and playability denied. Plus that when you want to play maybe they do not let you play or automatically start an update that last 4 hours. He has asked me to deinstall it, which I did. Only to find surviving active parts of Steam beeing deeploy hidden in the background, still opening internet lines from the web to the system. Nuke Steam. Steam means this game is a no go area for me. Too sad. But wasting my money on this Steam BS would be the worst option. I know it is unlikely, but I would wish that Steam collapses because people would bring it down by refusing to buy it.

Oh ffs, Sky. Not this BS again.
Didn't we establish in the Shogun 2 thread (IIRC) that the issue was most likely between the keyboard and the chair. |

I must admit, my issues were account-based.
Rather I couldn't remember password, emailed support no reply, attempted to reset password, tried that, no go, needless to say I got fed up with it and ever since then shunned steam games. All the stuffing around with this BS password and username before I can play a game. (Game was LFD2). Why the hell should I be forced into having to log into a game? Stuff that. And I assume you can create a brand new account? But. Won't it pick up your same email address that you used for the old account( which would still be active)? Hence a no go for a new account? Someone confirm or deny that. |
