Default latitude and longitude scales

I got GWX3.0 installed along with the Nav Map and Grid mod but I don't see the latitude and longitude scales when I am looking at the map at any zoom level.

The Nav and Grid Map has not been modified by any other mod so what am I missing?

Thanks.

Hi BBW,

thanks for the optional mods. I found some bugs im them, maybe it could be of interest for you:

1) MODS\GWX-Lite Harbor Traffic\data\Campaigns\Campaign\Campaign_SCR.mis:

[Unit 1297] and [Unit 1343]:

Type=-1 (I think it must be Type=0)

2) MODS\GWX - Merged Campaign\data\Campaigns\Campaign\Campaign_RND.mis

[RndGroup 2053.RndUnit 2]:

Orifin=American instead of Origin=American

At least bug 1) leads to a CTD when starting 1943 from Bordeaux.

Greetings,
h.sie

Since I've reinstalled SH3 and GWX (I created a new folder with MultiSH3 to have a clean SH3)
I've issues using this mod. If I activate it in JSGME the games will crash every time I try to load a patrol in the campaign (before "Not so long ago...") I've done some tests and I noticed that if I exclude the folders "Terrain, Textures, and Library" SH3 does not crash but of course the port remains the old one. What do you make of this?

Where is your new folder located exactly?

I've created a new folder in the Ubisoft one; I called it GWXSH3 and the folder of sh3 with gwx is in it; so I've Program files\Ubisoft\GWXSH3\Silent hunter 3.
The vanilla one is in the Ubisoft folder too, but in a different folder naturally.

Hello BBW,

in an other thread I read that you and LGN1 found some little errors in the campaign files.

are you still planning to release an update for these files?

if not, could you please tell me, where the errors are, so I can fix them for my private use.

thank you!

Update of sorts
With extra content
Testing at the mo - thanx to Irish and WB for all their input on that score
And yes those errors picked up will be fixed

Hi, just wondering if the alternate flotillas and english nav map updates included in this are the same as the ones on the gwx website.

@BigBoyWobbly

I installed your Kiel and Wilhelmshaven harbour for GWX with LSH3 signal flags and it is a welcome addition.

Do you intend to use LSH3's in game Kiel harbour ? I ask because it is very beautiful and well created. Lots of harbour life and looks less barren. If not then no worries, i'll have a chat with the LSH3 crew to see if they can release a standalone.

I could use LSH3 I suppose but it appears their campaign is less historicaly accurate that GWX3s...IMHO.

I could use WAC4.1 too as their Kiel Harbour is very nice too...but I get a lot of CTDs with WAC which is a shame as its an excellent mod.

Cheers,

UG.
