Putin does not get the real information only information he gets is from inner circle any decision is based on that for them good information, so folding does not come in his mind all is going accord the plan like his inner circle told him.

Why are they telling him things he likes to hear and not the fully truth ?

I can come up with two reasons.

1. They fear he would in his anger press the red button
2. They fear they will "fall" out from some high building/Get poison

[Focus] As reported by "Bild", a group of Russian officials and scientists are said to be planning a major attack on Ukraine. According to the report, a civilian launch vehicle carrying a vast amount of explosives is to crash into a major city in Ukraine instead of reaching orbit.

"Bild" refers to a telephone recording, which the portal says it has. In it, Dmitry Rogozin, the ex-head of the Russian space agency Roskosmos, and Dmitry Baranov, head of the Roskosmos subsidiary "Progress Space Rocket Center," are said to be discussing the plan. The recordings date from January of this year.

However, both Rogozin and Baranov are reportedly not currently in contact with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Instead, Anton Vaino, the head of Russia's presidential administration, is said to have forwarded the plans to Putin. This is said to have happened on January 16. How Putin reacted to the idea, however, is not known.

One of the things mentioned in the phone calls is that such a plan would take a maximum of six months to implement. So far, however, nothing similar has happened after about nine months. It is unclear if and when what was discussed will be implemented in Russia.

Putin's elite military 'fleeing' Crimea as full Ukraine control 'only a matter of time'

Vladimir Putin has been dealt a huge blow with Russia's elite military "fleeing from Crimea" as Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky warned taking full control of the key battleground is "only a matter of time".

Crimea - a peninsula that is home to Russia's fearsome Black Sea Fleet - was annexed by Russia back in 2014, and is seen as vital in determining who is victorious in the bloody and brutal war between the two countries.

Ukraine has stepped up efforts to regain the territory in recent weeks, successfully striking key infrastructure as Russia's own dwindling offensive quickly falls flat as losses pile up.

Zelensky has now made arguably his biggest declaration over Crimea since the war with Russia started in October 2022.

He said during a speech at the Crimean Platform parliamentary summit, as translated by the Kyiv Post on X (formerly Twitter): "The Russian military fleet is fleeing from Crimea."

Video of Vladimir Putin has been fuelling speculation about his health after eagle-eyed observers noticed a scar on his neck.

The clip began circulating online before reports emerged claiming the Russian leader had suffered a heart attack and had to receive intensive care.

The footage shows Putin speaking at an unspecified public event, a scar clearly marking his neck - with some analysts suggesting it might be the result of "resuscitation" procedures.

A Telegram channel believed to belong to a former Kremlin official claimed Putin's health had sparked huge "alarm" across Moscow.

The insider alleged that the Russian leader was found "lying on the floor, rolling his eyes" after suffering a suspected heart episode.

They went on to claim Putin was then transferred to a special medical facility to undergo intensive care.

The Telegram channel General SVR wrote: "Putin convulsively arched while lying on the floor, rolling his eyes. The doctors, who were on duty at the residence in one of the adjacent rooms, were immediately called.

"Doctors performed resuscitation, having previously determined that the president was in cardiac arrest. Help was provided on time, the heart was started, and Putin regained consciousness."
