Can anyone please advise if the new release of LSH scheduled for the end of this year be compatible with Windows 8 ?

yes it should be compatible!
One of our testers does have a notebook with Win 8.

Same here. The new LSH3_v6 sounds very promising. It may even blow the great GWX-mod out of the water, so to speak.

Short answer: when it's done.
Long answer: The team had minor hiccups with real live stuff, but they are working on release candidate number 4 already, so my guess is that they will run out of bugs to squash eventually (until lsh6 is released to the public that is). So just be patient, they are working on it, they just don't have anything new to tell you.

Not to release a mod because of bugs is very honest and noble. I wish some developer (cough ubisoft) would fix their bugs before releasing software (cough sh5)

And how you guys manage sub emblems to work with LSH3, i just installed this http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/down...do=file&id=933 but only Sub Emblem i can apply in game is 7th flotilla icon.. but in my Sub emblems folder there is plenty more.. so whats the problem?
