USS Arizona gun displayed at PH

Don't think that's it because it seems to be attached to something more out of the norm.
Can you give us this clue.....Would it be found between Pearl and Japan?

It was deployed there at some time during its service but is not that far west now.

I'll say it is attached to something quite familiar to almost everyone here.
