How odd seeing how China has stated that no one has died from the new outbreak or even show symptoms from the new outbreak.

Only that a cutting board for salmon was found in the market place to have covid-19 and 56 people were quarantined with the market closing.

Covid 19 does kill neither all nor immediately once the infection broke out. There is also a latency period.

Shops in England selling non-essential items open for first time in almost three months.

From Monday, anyone on public transport in England must wear a mask.

In France, travel to other EU countries is allowed, and cafes and restaurants can open.

Other European countries are also easing border restrictions.

In Beijing, a spike in cases continues, with 36 more cases recorded.

Globally, there have been 7.9m confirmed cases since the outbreak began and 433,000 deaths.

In Northern Ireland, the Department of Health has recorded no new deaths linked to Covid-19 since yesterday.

In its daily update, it said the total number of coronavirus deaths there remains at 541. This mainly comprises deaths in hospital and includes some, but not all, deaths in other settings.

In Wales, four more people with coronavirus are reported to have died in Wales, taking deaths there to 1,448.

In Scotland, no deaths of people who tested positive for Covid-19 have been registered in the past 24 hours, the third time the figure has remained the same since lockdown began, First Minister Nicola Sturgeon announced. A total of 2,448 patients have died in Scotland after testing positive for the virus.

The Department of Health and Social Care has yet to release the latest UK wide figures.

Thanks for keeping us informed ... We mostly get news of the virus is still on the rise in half of the USA and the warning to wear mask and to keep on social distancing while gangs of protesting people roam every major city in America.

A Chinese news platform reported that several patients claimed to have had symptoms already since ten days. So the new strain in Bejing maybe is in the wild already since longer time than assumed. In May there were repotts by Chinese scientists claiming that in regions near the border to Russia people seem to have longer lasting incubation times, meaning they carry (and spread) the virus for longer time before they form symptoms themselves.

This might be a "good" mutation making it more benign, or it might not.

Monday's action will not affect clinical trials, which are expected to continue.

The biggest german informaiton site on Vitmaine D., and it is good stuff they bring there. Many sub pages, its a website deicated toi Vitmaine D, I can only recommend to use Googles website translator and see how far you get with that. The authors are all doctors from various branches. No product advertising, and apprently no commercial interest or ties to selling companies.

I was questioned/criticised for my numer recomemndations, but I am confirmed by these authors. Their rule of thumb (and a rule of thumb is a rule of thumb, niot more and not less) is 50 IE Vit D per kg body weight, and 2-3 micrograms Vitamine K2 per kg body weight to keep levels over time, even much higher entrance doses for Vitmaine D for a short time in the beginning. Go and do the math, I said 20000 per day for 1-2 weeks, then reduce to 10,000 for another 2 weeks, and then reduce to 5000. Hypercalcemia they say doe snot become an issue with daily doses not exceeding 40000 or a single intrioeduciton dose of 300000 IE. So we are absolutely is safe terrainw nith thse much lower recommended doses.

They stress that the overwhelming majority of Vitamine-D specialised researchers and doctors agree that the conventional official recommendations by state authorities and institutions are way, way too low. 800 IEs and such? Forget it. That is nonsense, that does not even cover the needed absolute minimums, not even closely.

They too say, like I repeatedly said:: Vit-D only together with Vit K2, and Magnesium.

BTW, the need for K2 is a constant one, even if you take Vit-D just every couple of days or ever 1-2 weeks only (it can be store din the body for up to 19 days, so you can do that indeed). K2 should be taken every day nevertheless.

The more away form normal body wieght you are, the fatter you are,m the more the dose shoudk be raised for both D and K2, to compensate. Vit D gets sotre din muscles and fat cells and thereofre the more fat you have the more difficult is it for you to raise the level of Vit D in your blood.

BTW, I got my blood test results today, and I had asked last week to include a test for Vit D levels (which i had to pay myself for, 32 Euros...) Doc was surprised and liked what I explained about it. My levels are now at the upper top of what is considered to be the ideal zone, almost 100 ng/ml, that was my target mark - and I reached it in blind flight without a test at the start. I will do another one in three months to see that I do not get much beyodn that. A fluctuation, some more or less is okay, but it should not much further up. Its not yet dangerous, far from it, but it simply is wasted, probably, not further beneficial for me. Why wasting money?

I must apologize for one mistake I repeatedly made in earlier psoting son this, I picked the wrong units scale when talking about blood levels in earlier postings, I gave the right numbers, but used the wrong units. I talked of nmol/l, where I was using the numbers from the scale using ng/ml. The numbers are right, the units were wrong. Sorry. 1 ng/ml = 25 nmol/l My mistake, sorry. But why cant they just agree to use just one scale...
