Here's a smart move, Dave! Since the NHS is 'close to breaking point' and 'overstretched' why not put a couple of hundred thousand more people into it for giggles?

And while these people are on a 24 month waiting list, you can take away their benefits which means they won't appear on the lists you publish to the press so you can claim that you're reducing benefits claimants! Genius! Oh...the people who you've taken off benefits are committing suicide? Well, that takes them off even more lists! Good-oh!
