I doubt it. But I guess it will be on Youtube in full length soon (if it isn't already...), not sure whether I would watch it though...it seems weird.

Pretty much. The original game (at least, not sure if this applies to Darkest Hour) had some bots but they were pretty much the stupidest bots ever and really not worth your time. Red Orchestra 2 is better in the single player department (though still mostly an MP game), but unfortunately it has little in the way of tank-related content.

I like tanks...

If the bots are dumb...then I'll pass unless Darkest Hour somehow improves it.

Battlefield 1942 had some dumb bots...

That game is like trying to get on the other side of a chain link fence by mashing your face against it. It's more infuriating than DoTA, and DoTA is pretty infuriating.

That does look like one, yes.

My encounter had me picked up with telekenesis and flung backwards and forwards like a ragdoll. Fortunately I was able to stab at him with a knife when he was pulling me towards him.

Once I recovered from the initial shock, I ran through that door (I assume it was behind me since I never saw it other than the mini-cutscene) firing blindly in case it was in front of me and I ran up that ladder.

Best way to deal with a controller is to run At them and stab them with your knife,(guns wont work) - give them any kind of range and your in trouble ,survivals always seemed to be 50/50 if i just turned and ran against a controller.
