Time to make not voting a crime and the sentence six months in prison. And for those people who just can not see any party to vote for the ballet paper will carry the option none of the above. Sitting on your arse bleating on without even going over to your polling station to place to X next to none of the above is no excuse and off to prison you go, if I had my way.
