I got Silent Hunter V on a Steam sale, and read on here that Silent Hunter IV was much better and got that as well. Now I'm eying Silent Hunter III. Looks like I'm obsessed!

I've been liking TMO, but having seen what Op Monsun has to offer, I'm going to have to give that a shot.

Finally installed SH3 after downloading it off Steam last year. I'm getting ready to wrap up my latest Morrowind campaign, so making this my next endeavor. Never played a sub or tactical sim before and I'm looking forward to the challenge. I actually came looking for mods, so any pointers for the best and most essential is certainly appreciated. I'm assuming there's some way to expand the graphics to widescreen format without stretching?

Yes,there are a res.fix for widescreen.

Hi,

Im fascinated by WW2 subs (Kriegsmarine) and love reading books, articles and text books detailing tactics and accounts of real convoy encounters. Love SH3 as it also allows me to ar*e about on Photoshop editing and creating skins!

Just wondering if anybody else here has bought a laptop or PC specifically for this game, or am i just sad??? lol
