Stand by Heatwave 2 is on the way, winter has be cancelled.

How do I know? Smug weather forecasters are rubbing it in saying things like that lovely hot weather is set to return which we all miss. Tell that to young children and pensioners along with those with health problems. Bad enough the heat is back big time without their smart arse comments on top as well.

I'm fed up with it, summer 2018 ruined by heatwaves. Right I'm going to make a cup of tea before heading into work.

After some heavy rain on saturday and an appropriate drop of temperature, it is now back again at 34 degrees Celsius/~93 Fahrenheit, in the shadows

You should come away with me at the end of the British summer in September, I bet you'd be a right bundle of laughs...not!!

Attempting to find a store that sells zip bags but apparently my only option right now is to buy 500 pairs of bike brake pads to get the blasted thing.

Expecting a lovely 95° (35° C) of dry desert heat this afternoon. Toasty.

Just heard the forecast, bound to be 39 degrees/~102 Fahrenheit Celsius tomorrow and no rain in sight
The fields are yellow and dust-dry, farmers and fire fighters are getting nervous

I think a bullet-proof vest might be more appropriate

Big game hunt bagging drug lords sounds better than golf.

Ginger beer is on me, make that three months now. Wow I really did not think I would but I did. August will be tricky had to make some more cut backs taking into account bills and fare rise on the buses.

Hope everybody is doing well, I still pop in from time to time and lurk more than speak. I find it's easier to keep my foot out of my mouth that way.

Ol' Red is still plugging along. Coffee, work, sleep, repeat.
