looks like my new windows 8 operating system isn't going to let me modify silent hunter. I cant save anti lag settings with notepad??

I got the sobers mega mod running Well done job to all moders!!!
Got 3 Questions:
1. Need Antilag mod (Systemspecs are not the problem) - Where in the right order does it comes or is it somwehre implementet and i have to change settings?
2. Got german speakings mixed up with english sometime, words are just in english - solution (Its a new german install)?
3. Gramophon can be started but the buttons to disable/play/stop/skip doesent work (can't deactivate). After starting gramophon, the savegame gets corrupt i have to restart in the dock Not very important but... solution?

Win8 - admin rights

Just in case someone do have the same problem :

I bought the game (DVD - Mediamarkt Brussels, 10€) last week and when first installed, it auto-patched to 1.5.
But then, I realise I missed the german voice trick so I unistalled and reinstalled... and then, the game didn't auto-patch to 1.2. Had a lot of bugs and CTD when testing all those mods before finaly notice that the game wasn't up to date. Anyway, I've used your 1.5 patch and now, it's perfect.

P.S. : Thanks to all the modders for the incredible amount and quality of work you guys pulled off. my hat to you all.

P.P.S : It's been 3h I was reading a book while standing in the sub, with the headphones, enjoying the sound of the motors... am I nuts or is there still some hope ?

Hello guys

Short question. Installed sobers mega mod. Done changes in generic patcher as well.
Works fine so far. Ecxept the ships wont sink?
But now i have to fix hydrophone. Can i make changes in the exe file after the changes for tdw patcher? In the description for fixing the hydrophon it says i have to make this just on the stock exe file. Whats the proper way? Please help.

Also wanted to report that contact speeds seem to be flipped - a warship doing 5 knots is reported as fast, and a merchant going 14 is reported as slow

disable AI Crew Damage Control patch in the TDW's patcher.. it should help..

this is stock issue.. manually swap text in the menu.txt..

Hows about the Hydrophon, could you please confirm, that i can change those hex files in the TDWs patcher sh5 exe. Or do i have change first the hydrophon fix and then play the TDW Patcher over it?

You should use ONLY the TDW's Generic Patcher to make changes in the sh5.exe.. all fixes were included in the app..
