@ Oberon and HunterICX(and of course Kratos, who made all that happen)
Hahaha That was priceless. Did anyone happen to get a track? The ATC must have said NICHT LANDEN at least a couple of dozen times. Given how many planes we wrecked Messerschmitt will have to ramp up their production if they want to keep us flying in the future. |

Oblt. Lothar Albrecht von Neimenbaum jumps from his burning Fokker E.II to his death. He leaves a legacy of 31 victories behind him, as well as both Iron Crosses First and Second Class and the Pour le Merite, which he was wearing at the time of his death.
Photo taken by fellow pilot Lt. Hermann Wenzl. That's from Red Baron 3D's best mod, Full Canvas Jacket. Great game. |

In retaliation for the slaying of his mentor, Oblt. von Niemenbaum, Lt. Wenzl sends a Farman F40 down in flames over the front. He quickly engages another and sends him down, too, without an upper wing.

Major James Bigglesworth in his Sopwith Triplane, near Albert, late spring/early summer 1917. VC, 71 claims, 36 confirmed. Photo taken by a fellow pilot from RNAS-10.

You'd better do that. Although I'm not a big fan of the Tripe, it's undoubtly the one that has given me most claims. It can be extremely fast at times (compared to that eras standards) and can sure take a beating, but is somewhat slow in turns. It has a high ceiling too!
