Default failed to initialize the graphics display!

hello all, is there a way to fix the failed to initialize the graphics display error? im constantly getting the error on steam!

May be an answer there. From that thread, below.


Ok, so I was able to fix it. What I did was I went to the Fleet Command program file, right clicked Fleet Command.exe,
ran a compatability check on it (it should automatically find the problem and fix it), then it works.

Regarding the above, when you right click on the .exe. Here is an example.
