Icon14 Looks good

This looks like a fun game to play with. It is not a hardcore sim but has some elements of a sim and a game. Looks enjoyable. First-day purchase.

As happy as I am to see Pacific fleet boats receiving more attention, this seems like a mere variant of SH4 without internal sub views. Perhaps with more video reviews I can be tempted. Thank you, none-the-less , for providing this review.

Hi Neal. I am with Arlo in that I like the review of the battles of the Pacific Ocean against the Japanese, although I also miss the interior view of the submarine. I also miss Silent Hunter's bumper solution calculation system, but I've been following Subsim's work for years and I have no doubt that it is always positive. You have turned good games into spectacular games, I wish you good luck and good cheer.

This aspect makes it more appealing.

I can't stop playing the darn thing -- have it on iPhone plus and PC. It's easier on the PC, at least to these older eyes, esp with shooting down aircraft. Fun!
