[INF] 0x0000005 when trying to start patched exe: SOLVED
Success!!!
If you get 0x0000005 error when trying to start the patched .exe, the most likely cause is you running Norton 360 and it not trusting the file anymore. Quote:

SOLVED
Yes, it worked ok. Changed the trust level of the files manually within Norton 360. Norton Insight and then checking one file at a time. That is the changed SH5 files and then set the file by clicking Trust now. It will show Trusted by user on the file info as a result (or something like that. Use the Dutch language version of Norton 360).
