It seems there is a 400 km (250 mi) journey from Copenhagen to Kiel that will take 3 and a half hours.
Are we going to Kiel and back on the same day (that's 800 km or 500 mi)? It is a hell of a long journey (on unknown roads) and it would be very tiring.

That's the plan. We will leave as early as possible Weds morning. The biggest slow down is the ferry. I expect the trip to be long, probably 18 hours.
