Actually it goes both ways. "Men" is usually gender-specific, so "men and women" might have been better, but when addressing a group informally no-one normally objects to someone saying "You guys", and meaning everyone. The oddest part is the way language changes. These days I hear young women address each other as "dude", which has traditionally reserved for men.
I think unless PG says something herself you should be safe, and Dowly can go back to his flight-sim cage. And if I was too serious in any of the above, I apologize. I didn't mean to be.:p
