Yes, SSN-21 have this depth:
"Depth: 800+ feet (operational)
approx. 1600 feet (safe depth)
approx. 2250 feet (crash depth)"
And building with HY-100 steel, like 2 LA class submarines. But this steel (HY-100) have many cracks and boats rarely seen in sea. Except SSN-23.
