Icon1 IJN Asashio Destroyer

By request: Released for testing:

IJN Asashio Destroyer.

Ship based on another version

Works in Single missions and the Uboat Add on. Has Four torpedo tubes, placed at the bow of the ship since they fire straight forward. So be careful when travelling at flank speed and firing a torpedo.

Equipment is still using German names

Carrying a large number of torpedoes

Torpedo select T1 or T2,They have 48 knot and a range of 20000 meters

Damage model will take damage,Don't try to challenge a whole fleet, because even the shells fired on the ship can take you to the bottom

Link has been repaired:http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/down...o=file&id=5159

Thank you for your help!

Excuse me, that I now leave my displeasure to you.

Without a proper successor of "Destroyer Command", all efforts which are precisely the subject of this issue will fail ... especially with respect to sensor technology.

And anyway - what do I want with a destroyer, who can not locate a submarine, and if only then can not throw water bombs?

Then there was the addition of modern, large-scale combat ships like the Bismarck, which were able to deploy their guns without a radar for more than 20 km.
So the Hood was sunk and the Prince of Wales almost shot to a wreck.

What I want to say, the engine of SH4 does not allow an authentic animation for such "interventions" too.
The thought is good, but the program bad your idea.

As I said - it is not meant by me.
I had tried many years ago to revive the SH2 vs DC or perhaps the fight between big combat ships ...

Greetings

I'm really sorry, I've done a lot of effort, but due to various technical reasons and make you want, at least I do not come out, perhaps because this MOD there is only the enemy to the bottom of the sea shells and torpedoes. Of course, this MOD may sometimes be sent to the seabed

As I said - I did not want to be unkind.
The SH4 engine does not allow rational and semi - realistic animation.

That was completely different with SH2 vs DC, but I played with and against DSK_Dangerfreak against the world or against each other.
We have won internationally, against the British, the Americans ... and even the smart Chinese.

In my best time, I had sunk 4 enemy (humane-controlled) submarines within 2 hours with my destroyer.

They are not allowed to take my statements and discussion so seriously, I was under the strong influence of Bachus, the Greek god of drunkenness.

I think I'll have to renounce the beer soon ...
