Can't seem to uninstall Sub Command

Hi, I recently bought Sub Command, and installed it onto a new laptop running windows 7 home edition 64 bit. Unfortunately, I have to return the laptop soon, due to technical issues, and I need to remove all the programs I installed on the laptop. However, when I try to uninstall the game, the files do not appear to have been deleted at all. The installshield program pops up as would be expected, but the percent bar stays at 0%, until suddenly a message saying that the uninstallation is complete pops up. The program is still in my add/remove programs list in the control panel, and still in the start menu. Has anyone else encountered this problem? And if so, is there any way to fix it?
