Default Hi from New York!

Hi there guys! I have a small strategy channel on youtube, the name in my description being the title of it . I decided to go ahead and do a Silent Hunter 3 Let's Play, and while I have played SH3 in the past I was absolutely amazed by just how little I know about submarines in general. So far I have managed to get a few kills, but my buddy Dowly suggested that this website might be a great place to get some advice.

Also, I couldn't help but notice the awesome mods. I will likely try to download one very soon.

Glad to be a part of the forums and if anyone can recommend any other good submarine titles besides Silent Hunter III please do. Ive heard to avoid V like the plague, but might invest in IV as well.

Ideally I like the ability to see inside your sub, interact with your crew "At least be able to assign them jobs" and of course just have a great gameplay experience.

Thanks! Kev "Agrippa Maxentius"

Hey Agrippa!

It's your old pal Trenchfoot. I've been lurking here for a few weeks and decided today to join, I'm glad I ran into you here!

Welcome to subsim
SH5 isn't so bad once its been modded but it requires one heck of a system to run the game+mods.
