Problem 688i HK under Windows 7
Hi guys
I've installed 688(i) HK on my laptop running Win7 (under a c:\Janes directory). I installed the win2K dlls and the realism patch. I run the game in Win95 compatibility mode. Now, strangely, everytime I leave the ship control station, my speed resets to zero. So every time I switch to sonar room or map room, my sub is dead in the water. Has anyone encountered anything like this before, and is there a solution you know of? 688 HK was my favourite sim, I'd love to be able to run it again. |
