Poll: Should a printed/boxed version of MNW be released?
This poll is born after the discussion of those gentlemen on another thread...
https://www.subsim.com/radioroom/sho...&postcount=139 and our response... https://www.subsim.com/radioroom/sho...&postcount=141 which explains a few things regarding a printed/boxed version of MNW and how it could become a reality. Quote:
Keep in mind that this poll will be active for one month. Cheers!

I would be willing to wait for a physical copy plus a book.
For starters, I don't use Steam or MP. I have no problems with them, it just isn't what I do. I like the idea of having software on a physical medium. It makes it simple in case I run into hardware issues, I upgrade parts, or buy an all new system. Its one less thing to find online. A book would be a great idea. I would rather learn about in-game procedures and tactics at my leisure rather than just before calling "Weapons free!". |

Kinda late to the party but I agree. Definitely would buy a printed cope especially if it comes with some extras.

I'm late.
A box is not needed. But a manual that includes the details and overviews needed, designed to be printer-friendly, and not, as is the vogue today, just a dozen text files and player lists scattered all over the web and forums - that is a MUST. I do not even demand a printed manual anymore, those days seem to be gone. But a manual pdf-file worth the name that includes it all and could, if need be, printed without getting a greyish mess of light grey text on ink-dripping dark background pages. Not implying you planned to mess it up this way! I am just about many bad experiences I had with lacking of ill-done pdf-manuals over the past two decades. Just a comelete manual file, black letters on white background, and screenshot illustrations where need be that can be decyphered if printed out.
