I guess a lot of that depends on the GPU chip. Your model description is a bit vague. As I guess Toshiba released more than one Satelite model in 2015. Maybe run the command dxdiag and quote the System and Render tab information. You can save all the information to a textfile to make copy/paste easier.
Personally I have a MSI GP70 2PE laptop, 16GB ram, Intel i5-4210H 2.9GHz with Nvidia Geforce 840M GPU. I get around 30 FPS on 1920x1080 with low settings. I find that workable. I'm unfamiliar with how AMD specs match up to that.

There is one with the AMD A10-5750M APU as far I know some of the others a have intels
The is no GPU as such its an APU the Graphics processors in the same die, This one AMD Radeon HD 8650G. I think you will have 8gb of RAM which is plenty . Integrated Graphics tend to be not so good compared to a Dedicated GPU but it should be good enough to run most games a 30 FPS apart from Demanding AAA Games CPU is 4 core up to 3,5ghz plenty good enough for most applications can you verify if this is the model of your laptop there should be a label on the underside ? Toshiba Satellite S75D-A7346 and what titles you are trying to run ? Simon

Using an online system checker these are the results with the AMD Radeon HD 8650G. ( This is the bottleneck in your system )
GPU PERFORMANCE: In summary, the Radeon HD 8650G, is only suitable at running Silent Hunter 5 on low settings It will not run at 1080p You will have to run it at 1366 x 768 Resolution Which will look OK so that's not a problem I would recommend getting a dedicated Graphics Card. I think it likely you may get some frame stuttering Simon
