Default Annoying popup

I keep getting a popup from lpcloudsvr302 telling me to update/buy/download whatever. The problem is that I only get it when I come to Subsim. I've been online looking for an answer, and I've tried every single change to my settings different sites have suggested, all with no luck. Most of the different sites say that it can be easily fixed by their latest, greatest free product. I've resisted trying any of them so far on the chance they'll just lead to something worse. None of the virus killers I've tried has had any effect.

Has anyone seen this and know how to deal with it?

Been there, done that. None of the listed programs show up with either Windows uninstaller or IoBit Uninstaller, which is far better. And, as I said, the last link is "download our super-duper program".

No thanks.

[edit] One of the listed programs is MalwareBytes. I've used it before and know it to be safe. We'll give it a shot.
