sinking of U-1206

Browsing the internet i stumbled upon some crazy article: there is the story of type VII-C sub, that sunk with some casaulites becose of a mistake with the toilet.Somebody pulled the wrong lever when it was the time to dump the sanitation tank, and the whole sub was lost...Now the question is does any1 else know anything about this or similar accident with subs ( WWII or later)..
I know that there was allways troubles with dumping the "Black water" even up to our days ( i have friend who was in sonar party on 688 class and he says that it can be quite "smelly" expirience if u are within toilet during dumping)..But to sink whole sub?!? Looks like Bernard was there..

Ah, now I get it.
Didn't think that far, especially didn't check for the 'vocal' way.
'Schlitt' and 'the word that must not be spoken here'.
I thought more about other German words starting with Schlitt ...
... like 'Schlitten' which is sled or sledge in english.
You see, this didn't make any sense to me, therefore I asked.

In German the word is ... no, I won't tell, hehehe...
