Default Ouick Mission Midway .. Pilot Rescue Q?

Ouick Mission Midway .. Pilot Rescue Q?

All the contact were on my map and as I got close to some of them they changed into Chute icons with the watch shouting out Ship Spotted.

I go to the bridge after I used the map to position the boat on or near 0 and about 300meter off the icon. I go to the bridge and can see the pilot bobbing up and down, I look through my binoculars at him and press the recuse button. got him..

But other Icons did not change, they stayed the same as ship contacts on the map, I mark them with the pen and moved on to the next. I did that with 30 contacts, and got about 12 pilots. When I CT at night to the next morning when the sun came up the contacts had moved from where I Xmarked them, so again I went up to them on my 0 about 300mt away and still seen nothing I looked and looked but there was nothing there to see.

As I was moving away from the icon contact to the next, the watch shout out ship contact. I jump to the nav map and the contact I just had moved from turned into a chute icon and when I turned back the some 600meters, there was the pilot where he had not been before, I had sat for at least 5mins before and there was nothing to see.

Q? ... As each watch and watch memebers have different levels of experience, is it they who have to "see" the pilot to make him appear. Becuase he and like other contacts I had already been to the day before and even the last one I picked up, the contact had been the same as the ship ones and only changed as I moved away and the watch shouted out a ship contact. Then and only then it seems that the contact on the map changed to a Chute and there was a pilot where no pilot have been before.. As you know with in 500meters they are easy to spot, so he was not there before.

So is it the watch that make them appear where these contact are ? and if I didn't have a good crew on watch as it would seem from before, these contacts do not become "chute icons" on the nav map and pilots in the sea where there was none before...

???
