I keep hearing hints as to rowboats and rowers in this mod, yet I still do not see any. I heard one person mention it as an add on, but searches come up with nothing. What am I missing, being the daft fool that I am?

You'll need both of these downloads. Install both with JSGME. The rowers must be installed after the lifeboats.
