Default FEMA Chicopee MA

As you all know, I work as a contractor for FEMA in the respect of transportation of relief supplies. The following pics were sent to me by my driver in Chicopee MA/Eastover. These trailers are still in Chicopee as well as 30 of my drivers shuttling supplies to cities/town needing relief supplies In support of hurricane Irene. Water, cots, MRE, tarps and toddler kids, etc.

The trailers belong to Landstar or FEMA.

My contractors tractors:

It's not all business all the time. Sometimes they get to eat.

As a note, when you do not see anymore about Irene on the news it does not mean the job is complete. These guys are still there working loads getting needed supplies to those who need them. Response and recovery is a huge operation that is ongoing for months after the fact.

Hope the lads got sleep when they could; this rain ain't going to make things any easier, especially up there. Its good work you're doing, Chris.

We were asked yesterday to return 11 trailers to Fort Worth out of Lakehurst NJ. That was cancelled. 100k people are being evacuated out of Wilkes Barre. NJ is flooding again. We continue to stand by with the supplies. The only saving grace is the supplies are their already as a result of hurricane Irene. This is a huge help for folks who's homes are going under.

Y'all might want to redirect a trailer or three back down here to Ellicott City, or maybe on dover to Port Deposit. Conowingo Dam's talking about opening 30 gates against record levels of water in the Susquehanna.

Having lived through the aftermath of Ike, thanks to you and your people for getting supplies to folks that need it.

Frederick MD is a huge DC for FEMA. So is Cumberland MD. Loads of supplies just a hour away from Baltimore. Plus there is MEMA under the watchful eye of the spineless one known as O'Malley
