Default Question on Bases.ini for DC

I've added a few things to Bases.ini - it's grown from 94kB to 431kB. Now nothing shows on the map. Is there a practical limit for the file beyond which the sim engine just doesn't want to be bothered? Any ideas appreciated.

Um... ne'mind... seems Mr. Detail left out a few details... like eight "#endif" statements... the sim stopped reading after the first missing #endif, I guess. It works now. Sorry.

And it's 131kB, not 431kB. Duh.

The original file Bases.ini is 94 Kb large, the file for the mods "Alfa Tau and Mare Nostrum" is 112 Kb, the Mountbatten's file is 241 Kb large.
Each of these files works correctly.

Of course they do. It isn't hard to modify Bases.ini to add things and move them around, it's just hard to keep from making bonehead mistakes in the wee hours when I pop it all into a Works database for the umpteenth time and slice off eight #endif statements before saving it as a .CSV, then an .INI file. I can't think of a reason why Bases.ini couldn't be absolutely HUGE if you don't mind a million little ovals/dots and names all over the CIC map.

Found a way to help me avoid that mistake in the future: I added "NameLeft=FALSE" to those entries that don't already have "NameLeft=TRUE" on the end - now every entry is 11 columns in the DB and 11 lines in Bases.ini, nice and symmetrical.

Does anyone know where I can plug in a place name and get its longitude and latitude, preferably in degrees and decimal minutes & seconds, e.g. 157.366741? Would be a huge help, thanks,
