Default I'm now experiencing CTD's

All of a sudden I'm getting these CTD's.
I believe I know what the problem is after reading a few other posts around here, but don't know how to fix it.
OK, I think it's a bad ship but I don't know which one.
This past mission to Japan has caused me two CTD's upon running onto two separate convoys of ships.
OK, I also went to the Museum then 'thumbed' through the line up and got a CTD there as well right after the Baloa Submarine. I wonder which ship is next cuz that's the culprit.

Any suggestions on how to fix it? And don't be dumb and tell me not to go to the Museum. That doesn't fix it. That avoids it. I want to fix it.

I'm runnin' GFO.

Thanks

Running XP, have you tried the 4 gig patch?

OK, the next ship to appear after the Baloa is the Gar Class Fleet Boat. When I click on that vehicle, CRASH to the desk top I go.
Does the Gar Class Fleet Boat have in-game issues?

Thanks

is this when you are in career or in single missions?

if its when you are playing single missions then did you follow the GFO thread instructions to reload tambors mission pack on top of GFO?

there were some missions in that mission pack I included that were designed for use with TMO mod and because those missions were designed for ships to spawn that don't exist in the stock game with GFO, you end up with CTD issues.

installing the tambors mission pack on top of GFO will solve the problem if its a single mission that is crashing

CTD Issues with GFO:

there are CTD issues with a few of the single missions i included in GFO and below i will explain how to fix this:

anyone who uses GFO should manually delete all of the added single missions found in my GFO mod, they have about 6 or 7 with file errors that cause CTD issues that only show up under certain times or conditions so delete the missions that are numbered SM102 thru SM115 in the "singlemissions" folder found in GFO and then place the missions from this mission pack that has the newly fixed versions for all of those missions plus a few extra missions not originally found in GFO group numbered SM102 thru SM115.

get the tambor198 mission pack here: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=158202

Nope, haven't done any single mission yet. I've just been playin' in career mode so far.
But I will install that mod. I just haven't gotten a-round-toit as of yet.
