I just ordered one, and was curious if anyone is using it with SH3 or 4?

Yes I am, but just as keyboard, not the display unfortunately. As far as I know there's not display application compatible with both SHIII and SHIV.
I do use the macro keys a bit every now and then, mainly for going back to a certain amount of Time Compression after a radio or plane spotted message.

I use it and the timer comes in handy with the 3.15 rule...

That is a good idea, didn't think of that one. Mainly because I'm at the full 100% yet ...
