Support How Many Players Should be in the Marulken?

Is the maximum of 4 players correct?

I've heard players in some Malrulken videos mention that it would be better with a crew of 5-6.

Sure, it can be managed solo, but I also see room for a crew of six...

  • 1 Periscope/Captain
  • 1 TDC/General help/Gunner/Deck watch
  • 1 Radio/Radar
  • 1 Sonar
  • 2 Engineers/General help/Gunner/Deck watch

?

The problem is that hard to play together with more than 4 players. This is a specified game, where sub is controlled by team (real / online friends). So 4 players is enough to keep game "playable" for all of them.
From second point of view, a lot of players want to play Wolfpack alone...

Radio is not working all time (sonar too), so sonar and radio may be operated by one person.
"Deck watch" is not required if game contains several missions only (you're close to targets).
"General help" is not required (don't know what "general help" may do all the time).

Can the demo be 'tweaked' to allow for six slots instead of four, for testing purposes? As in; what is the modability of HMS Marulken?
