U-Boot options

Have just come out of retirement after a time to rejoin the boot at Brest.I'm on patrol 17 and it's March 1941.I command a V11B boot.My problem is my U-Boot options are not showing for me to upgrade anything.Is there a certain date or have I messed up? My Ubisoft folder is on my C drive,NOT in my X86 programs.Any help for an ex Royal Navy submariner would be grateful.Danke vielmals.Only using SH3 without major upgrades
