Default GWX3 Wilhelmshaven St.Nazaire Schleuse and xtra ships v7 & Merchant Fleet Mod 3.2

I'm preparing new mods soup for myself and have one question. Merchant Fleet Mod is always must have for me, but GWX3 Wilhelmshaven St.Nazaire Schleuse and xtra ships v7 mod gives extra things too. Problem is these two mods are conflicted when I try to enable them using jsgme. Both have new additional ships for the game and here is the problem. How to properly install them, which first and second?

The only ships from the MFM that are in the Wilhelmshaven mod are T09A (American Arrow class tanker) and T13A (IABL's redone T-2). Install the MFM last and let it overwrite those two. They are the same in both mods.

Another question - what about TMT v2? I think I should install it at last, after both above mods, should I? I use stock TMT v2, but there is a special version TMT v2 + ThomsenShips v4.4 + Xtra ships. Which version is proper and less problematic?

Guys, I've noticed some doubled entries in recon manual using these both mods. How to safely delete them?
