... embarrassed voice of experience says to top off at Midway on the return trip also, so that you don't have to do like someone I know, and give up on a career because you run out of fuel between Midway & Pearl. I had passed closeby to Midway also, probably less than 4 hours South...
- I never pass closeby ~any~ base without topping off anymore.
