You might have some "cross-contamination" in your game. The game install folder uses the Save folder for a lot of the information it uses when it runs the game. If there was a mod conflict from before, or you loaded a GWX save in LSH enabled set-up, then you run the risk of "cross-contamination". You might be better off re-installing the game. When you go to do that, be sure and clear your SH3 Save folder, which usually is found at "C:\Unsers \UserName \My Documents \SH3". That will, of necessity, remove all your saves from the next install.
