Default Goodbye Tonnage Bar!

No more that distracting thing in my game...

This patch for OHIIv2.5 with banned tonnage bar (Alleluia!) is aiming to allow all players , even with stuck tonnage bar issue, to experience OHII in full power, with fully free, open and nonlinear gameplay with multiple area of operations visible almost all the time.
Even though the patch is optimized for the people with infamous tonnage bar bug (which is almost everyone these days) I could recommend it for anyone else who is annoyed by arcade looking tonnage bar, a really strange feature of SH5 IMO.
Should we receive crosses to complete the missions ?
That's not necessary...Small crosses (aka value points ) are only used to unlock missions and to define victory /defeat message between campaigns, and that's all. Now, all missions are date controlled and defeat message can be changed to more appropriate one, so those crosses are not important anymore . What's important is overall tonnage from anywhere in the world, tankers and capital ships...
Note: First Deployment mission is only visible for one day and it doesn't support any additional missions...

IMPORTANT NOTICE!
Make sure to be ON PATROL when deadline date of last mission is reached, preferably somewhere at the open seas without AI units in your vicinity . This is important so be careful if you use mods like "Change Days in Port"... .
You can check campaign ending dates in OHII Campaign dates document or in the main OHII thread.

Tips:
True carrier progress depends on:
- Promotional points for the crew - secondary patrol missions, spy infiltration ect, tonnage...
- Points for new equipment - number of sunk ships/tonnage from anywhere in the world
- New sub offer - Rating points gained by sinking capital ships and tankers anywhere in the world, high tonnage patrols, medals...
- Medals - Overall tonnage, sinking of capital ships , high tonnage patrols...

*One more suggestion though...It's good idea to manually edit defeat message located in SH5/data/menu/menu.txt file
You should find these lines

7610=X out of Y victory points obtained. You have failed to achieve the strategic goals  established by High Command. The war continues, but Germany will deeply feel this setback  and the enemy grows stronger.

579=Incomplete
580=Complete
581=Failed
and replace it with something like this...

7610=X out of Y victory points obtained. The results in this campaign enhance our position in  the war. The enemy is not defeated yet and they will certainly adapt and come back to the  battle with new weapons and tactics.

579=Pending
580=Completed
581=Finished
These messages suit almost any tonnage scored by captain. It's not really fair for captain to receive "you suck" message only because his missions/value points tonnage are not recorded correctly...However , this step is not necessary...

Changelog:
-Fixed small issue in campaign.cfg files that can prevent few macro objectives to be date activated (space behind "=" mark)
