Now, on that, if you have a wide screen LCD monitor, the sides of the game's screen will zoom-in to fill the screen area cutting off the top and bottom of your view. What you want to do is be certain that you have your Windows' display matching the LCD monitor's "Native" resolution. That might show as "Recommended" on some versions of Windows. You also want to set the game's graphics settings to the same level. Depending on your gear, you might have to use the game's "Windowed" setting that is closest to the Native, and then set the SH4.exe file's DPI settings. You get to that with a right-click on the SH4.exe file in your game's "root" folder. Choose "Properties" with a left-click at the bottom of that context menu, then left-click on the "Compatibility" tab, and tick the box for "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings". You'll have to experiment with that. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it hinders, all dependent upon your computer's hardware. You might also consider ticking the "Run this program as an administrator" while you're in there, though it might kick-in the UAC each time you start the game...
btw, screen grabs - sometimes when you do a <PrintScreen>, you'll end up with a black screen. Use the game's <Ctrl><F11> combo, and it'll put a bitmap file in your root game folder, like "SH4Img@1018-02-03_02.32.20_248.bmp" or similar. They're sorted by date and time...
