I'll hazard a guess that something is not compatible in your mod installs. You should be able to create new save points without issue in all areas... List the mods you do have installed. Open the JSGME app, and on the middle grey area of the window is "Tasks..." in blue text. Click on that, and then in the resulting menu, "Export activated mods list to... >" and choose either "Clipboard" and paste it directly to your next post, or "Text file", then appropriately name it, and then copy the text to your next post.
