Is the crash-dive flag cancelled (=0) after an interrupted crash-dive?

If so, the programming solution should be fairly simple. Check the flag, and always set the quick-tank variable to 0.5000 if the flag is cancelled.

Doubtless this 'simple' solution will not work, or will become more complicated.
